The RPC includes a padded top handle, padding on the top of the plate pocket, ergonomic lumbar support padding, and non-abrasive fabric used on the back panel and underside of the shoulder straps — you can even wear it shirtless with no friction burn.

The Ruck Plate Carrier (Standard) is ideal for carrying 10LB, 20LB, or 30LB Standard Ruck Plates. It’s the perfect place to start if you’re new to rucking or want to add some extra suck to your workouts. The Ruck Plate Carrier (Long) fits a 30LB Long or 45LB Long plate and is ideal if you’re a larger guy.
